Cape Epic: The highs and lows


The Cape Epic eight day mountain bike race was all about the highs and lows, a rollercoaster of emotional and physical ups and downs.

It pushed the mind and body to the very limits of human exertion and exhaustion, challenged the mental strength at times when turning the pedals was met with pain and agony.
