Corratec bikes will be coming to the UK from December after the company signed a distribution deal with Decade Europe.

The manufacturer used last month’s Eurobike trade show to launch the X-Bow 29er hardtail, AirTech full-suspension model with ‘2Circle suspension system’, as well as a range of high-end carbon road bikes.

“Corratec are a company at the forefront of bicycle innovation and design, and continue to develop exciting new road and mountain bike technologies which benefit all types of rider,” said Decade Europe’s general manager Matt Yeo.

“We’re really happy to have Corratec on board, and can’t wait to offer the excellent range to dealers throughout the UK.”

Decade have also added helmet and eyewear manufacturer Uvex to the their portfolio. The German company’s SGL 202 Vario glasses picked up a Eurobike Award for excellence in design at the world’s biggest trade show.
Meanwhile, Hotlines will be distributing Orontas eco-friendly lubricants and bicycle cleaners with immediate effect.

Orontas have adopted a whole lifecycle approach to their products and everything has been accounted for, from the renewably-sourced electricity used to power production plants to the contents of their lubes and cleaners.

The company’s products include the BikeCare Cleaner and BikeCare Lubricant, which are both 100 per cent biodegradable and contain no toxins.
