Remec are a new name to us, but their bikes have already proven themselves in race conditions. Team Remec UK rider George Atherton smoked the opposition first time out his new DH Pro at the Avalanche Cup at Fort William, winning the youth category by more than six seconds.
Using a handmade carbon monocoque frameset, constructed in Radovljica in Slovenia (part of the former Yugoslavia), the framesets feature beautifully CNC machined rear ends and top quality shocks.
Their DH Pro model, shown here features 205mm of travel, and retails for £1500.
Complete bike, as ridden by George Atherton to the Youth category win at Avalanche Cup this weekend
The frameset is very Intense-eque in it’s appearance. No bad thing as Intense frames are some of the best around.
Huge reinforced headtube to take the loads that Boxxers and the like can put through a frame
A quality Risse shock does the suspending job at the back. Nice.
