A first look at some of the new products coming out of the Lezyne headquarters, which we expect to hit the shelves and cabinets of your local bike shop later this year.

Co2 Flex Hose – £54.99

Lezyne sneaked a teaser of this interesting new product out to the press earlier this year, but finally, here’s the finished product. It’s described as the “first complete on-bike inflation solution” and is a mini-pump and gas canister setup that uses the same thread-on flex hose connection. A CNC machined bottle cage mount provides a handy way of securing both to the frame.

Dirt Floor Drive – £54.99-£89.99

Getting tubeless tyres to seat can sometimes be a nightmare. The problem is getting the tyre to seat properly; the solution is getting the air inside the tyre extremely quickly to ‘pop’ the tyre into place. You can either pump incredibly fast, reducing you to a sweaty mess on the garage floor, or you can try Lezyne’s new Dirt Floor Drive. It’s hailed as the first pump designed with enough extra volume to make seating tubeless tyres a doddle.

Full Carbon Pumps – £69.99

Not for the faint hearted, these Full Carbon pumps are, as the name suggests, made from the black stuff.

Blox 23 multi-tool £25.95

Other highlights of the new range include the Blox 23 CNC-machined 7075 aluminium multi-tool with forged and drawn vanadium tool bits, of which there are 14 tools, a chain breaker, 3x spoke wrenches, 2x standard square and 1x Mavic splined tool. There’s also a built-in tyre lever with a 8mm and 10mm open-end plus a bottle opener.

Rap 20 multi-tool  £21.99

New also is the Rap 20, a 20 piece multi-tool that uses simpler 7075 aluminium sideplates in combination with forged and drawn vanadium tool bits. There’s all the tools you could ever need to get yourself out of a sticky trailside emergency, and probable a few more besides.

Classic Drive Light – £12.99

Finally, the Classic Drive Light is a handy miniature track pump ideal for travelling, whether chucking in the boot of the car or in your bike bag when travelling abroad. It’s light, just 108g, but is rated to 120psi (handy if you also have a road bike in your bike shed) and is made with a lathe-turned barrel and oversized aluminium barrel with an overlapping nylon handle.
