Recovery drink company For Goodness Shakes expands its range with the launch of FGS Powder.

Previously available in pre-mixed 330g or 500g bottles, the new 80g powder sachets offer the same taste and recovery benefits as the bottles but in new easy to use package.

A ‘rod-shaped’ sachet has been designed with a neat built-in tear off to enable easy and mess free pouring into a water bottle, while avoiding spillage. Once added to water it quickly mixes without any powder lumps developing.

First developed in 2008, For Goodness Shakes uses a 3:1 carbohydrate to protein formula to enable a quick recovery following a ride, with the inclusion of whey and casein protein providing 6g of essential amino acids to support muscle repair, along with a vitamin and mineral mix.
