Edinburgh-based distributor Raw Experience has ceased trading, reports bike trade news site BikeBiz. “Nobody’s answering phones or emails so there’s no exact details of whether an administrator has been appointed, and whether the administrator could salvage anything,” says BikeBiz. There’s nothing much that we can add to that, really.

What will this mean to the consumer? Chances are there’ll be at least some interruption in supply to shops of Raw’s brands, and the shops are likely to have a bit of a headache sorting out any warranties. We’ll keep you posted…
