Are you worried about the size of your carbon footprint created by your MTBing? Well, Cannondale’s latest range of clothing could be one step to reducing it: they’re made from recycled plastic bottles.
Re-Spun fabric is obtained from recycling polyesthelene terephthalate (PET), the polymer most commonly used in soft drink bottles. The end product is handily suited to the demands of cycling.
Cannondale will be introducing several Re-Spun items of clothing next year, as part of the US company’s commitment to environmental initiatives.
