After an absence of several years, Fully Sussed has announced the return of Summer cross country mountain bike racing to the South West.
The series will consist of four Sunday races with British Cycling ranking points and a grass roots evening series run under the British Cycling Go MTB scheme.
Fully Sussed are indebted to the Forestry Commission for their provision of exciting and challenging race venues, as well as Devon-Clinton Estates and Newnham Park.
Each round will benefit from sponsorship by a local shop, while the series is being sponsored by Accelerade, Shred and Osprey.
The aim of the venues is to provide a quality race experience for all levels from kids and novices through to elite/expert. The individual venues are ideally suited to provide accessible but challenging cross country mountain biking.
Fully Sussed are prolific racers Jay Horton (ranked no.13 Master 2009) and Maddie Horton (ranked no. 5 Elite female 2009, English MTB Marathon champ 2009, Former GB runner). The couple are also both Mountain Bike Instructors providing skills coaching under the Fully Sussed Umbrella.
