The Erlestoke Twelve returns this year on May 26 with a 12 hour ride as well as two six hour options.
The event can be ridden as a team, a pair or solo, while there will also be a singlespeed category. The course consists of a seven-mile lap, offering what the organisers call “fantastic mountain biking including fast tracks, grassy inclines and descents, [with] almost 50 per cent, fun, technical wooded singletrack leaving riders grinning from ear to ear.”
There will be a race village offering demo bikes from Charge, and trade stands, official timing with up-to-date lap times on display and quality catering, while Mule Bar will be offering tasters and top tunes. Full medical support will also be on standby.
Event sponsor Charge Bikes will be offering an array of prizes and free camping will also be available. Entries can be booked in advance up to May 24. See www.erlestoketwelve.com for more details.
