Ragley debut full suspension range at Eurobike

Ragley used Eurobike to launch its brand new range of full suspension bikes, which includes three models and including a 29er.

The company was keen to offer something different and its approach has been based around three bikes with mismatched travel: shorter travel on the rear with longer forks. A dual-link suspension platform has been developed and use custom tuned shocks. Each frame gets a tapered head tube, Maxle rear axles and ISCG 05 mounts.

Shortest travel in the range is the Ten Four with 100mm at the rear wheel and 140mm at the front, with a 7046 series aluminium frame featuring a slack 67 degree head angle. As with their hardtails, Ragley recommend running short 50-60mm stems for better handling.

It seems no bike range is complete these days without a 29er, and Ragley are no different. The Big Ten Four is based on the Ten Four above but with geometry and suspension adjusted to suit the bigger wheels.

Lastly, the G-6 packs 130mm rear travel paired with a 160mm fork. It uses the same dual-link suspension configuration as the Ten Four and similar frame.

Each model is in the final phase of testing and they expect the finished bikes to be available early 2012. Price is still to be confirmed.
