Yup, it’s those Welsh gals on bikes who dare to prove that they can beat the big
boys at their own game and still down a pint of tea & sticky bun at the end of
a tough day in the mountains.

Not so convinced eh? Well, that’s where ‘Women on Wheels’ come into their own. We’ve
sourced some of the best female mountain bike instructors in the country to teach
us girls the tricks of the mountain bike trade.

The ‘WOW Instruction’ days are aimed at female cyclists who are beginner or intermediate
mountain bikers and are looking to improve their cycling skills. The professional
female instructors are there to teach you the skills you want to learn; that’s why
there’s a maximum 8 riders per instructor in each class.

So, are you interested? The next ‘WOW’ instruction day is scheduled for Saturday
8th April at Afan Argoed Country Park in South Wales.
