ANDREAU REMAINS IN THIRD AT PARIS-NICE

In France, the USPS’ Frankie Andreu remained in third
place overall, 12 seconds back of race leader Laurent Brochard of Jean Delatour,
following today’s 194 km fifth stage of Paris-Nice in Sisteron. Andreu, ninth overall
after the opening stage and 10th overall following stage two, gained seven places
in the GC after finishing with the lead group in stage three and held his position
following two stages of aggressive racing.
