Two Regional Talent Coaches, based Manchester.

The Coaches will be responsible for the identification, through a structured
search programme, of talented young cyclists, and for the ongoing support of
those cyclists.

Candidates will be experienced coaches excited by the prospect of a multi-discipline approach
to performer development, and will work under the direction of a Regional
Talent Manager.

GB Cycling Team Sports Massage Practitioner.

The GB Cycling team has a
vacancy for a World Class massage practitioner to work with the GB Track
sprint squad. It is essential that the successful candidate is both
qualified practitioner and has significant in the field experience
working with teams. This full time post will be based in Manchester and
will involve lengthy periods of time spent abroad accompanying teams in
training and competition.

Coach Education Officer for Cycling Based in the North West.

British Cycling is seeking to appoint an individual to join a small team,
responsible for the creation, co-ordination and implementation of a
cycling specific education programme. Could you help us to improve the
standard and profile of coaching, leadership and education, with the aim
of developing cycling in the U.K., from grass roots through to World
Class Performance? We are seeking an individual with a passion for sport
(cycling preferred, but not essential); Excellent management,
interpersonal and communication skills; Proven planning and organisation
skills; A degree in PE, Coaching, Sports Science or a related subject;
Significant experience and understanding of coaching, leadership and
education programmes; A commitment to constant improvement, innovation
and creativity; and the sensitivity to work with and inspire coaches,
leaders and others working in the sport. A starting salary of £15 to £18K
will be offered to the right candidate, depending upon experience and
qualifications. Access to the company pension scheme is offered after
12 months service. We are seeking to appoint a full-time Officer, who
will be based at the National Cycling Centre, Manchester. It may be
possible to offer flexible working arrangements for someone wishing to
continue studying part-time.
