It started doing the rounds on the internet last night, and now it’s our turn, the full Sprung 1 video has been published to YouTube.

This film was the first of the series and filmed way back in 1998 it shows both how far mountain biking has developed and how filming of the sport has progressed greatly too. And, there’s a small edit of Haldon Forest, where the editor of Bikemagic used to ride when he was a lad at the same time this video was put out.
