Bit of a French take on today’s video, but the riding looks amazing. From my dodgy translation skills, I’m fairly sure that the “Vallée Haut Giffre” is the valley next to the Portes du Soleil resort, one of the big names in riding locations on the continent. It’s got 28 tracks in a 150km area, with nearly 19,000 metres of descending. Now my maths isn’t much better than my French, but those numbers add up to something that sounds pretty good. The video is a mixture of trail riding with a bit of downhill thrown in for good measure, but once you look past the pyjama-like racewear to the scenery and the singletrack, it looks a lot of fun.
