If you didn’t already know, there is an abundance of great trail riding all around Lake Geneva. Some of the trails can be accessed via a gondola on the southern shore (Le Saleve) and some via a funicular railway in Montreux.

But those are the best known areas. In this edit Tristan Monnier rides St Cergue on the lake’s northern shore. And what a trail! Tristan took “le petit train” up the hill too so there was no five-hour hike to access this gem. Jealous? No, not us.
