We couldn’t make the Absa Cape Epic this year, much as we wanted to, but we’ve been glued to our email inbox waiting for the latest from the organiser as the race unfolded.
This latest video from the race – stage five if you’re asking – shows really well what the competitors are faced with on a daily basis; the heat, dust, rough terrain, long distances. Makes us tired just watching it.
