Around the country WOW volunteers are busy preparing to stage
a series of events before the Winter sets in. I’m currently preparing an event at
Afan Argoed Country Park in South Wales and it will take place on Sunday 31st October
– what better way to celebrate the Celtic New Year!?!

The event is open to female cyclists and is geared at Beginners/Intermediates. It
will give you the chance to meet up with other female cyclists in your area, as well
as receiving quality advice and instruction from qualified female instructors. You’ll
also get a chance to brush up on bike maintenance skills and learn a thing or two
about subjects such as nutrition, womens cycle clothing, training techniques, etc.

You don’t need to be a member of WOW to take part, but with benefits to members coming
out of our ears you’d be a fool not to join!
