Armstrong, Cooke and Virenque may have won the yellow, green and polka dot jerseys, but who’s won our Tour de France competition? We’ve turned the handle on the Bikemagic Competition-O-Matic and the three names to drop out of the sort of funnelly bit on the end are Chris Beal, Alex Simon and Steve Elliot. They each receive a copy of Ray Pascoe’s film “Something To Aim For”, the story of Tom Simpson, plus a copy of “Le Tour”, Jeremy Whittle’s pictorial history of the race and a fine addition to any cyclist’s coffee table.
