Ten years ago (almost to the day) we opened the doors of Shred HQ and since then we’ve bashed out an average of four issues a year. There isn’t one issue that we’ve done that wasn’t better than the last one and this one is no exception.
First up a new look takes the magazine a step further, next up fewer ads and more editorial in our ram-packed 48 pages and finally some decent features from the world of mountain biking, with a Shred Magazine twist.
In the mix:
Mike Sinyard The man that started Specialized interviews Steve Toze and tell us a little about himself in the process. An in depth interview from a man with a great story to tell.
Abi Greenaway The fresh faced star of XC racing gets in front of the camera for a quick chat.
Crocodile Trophy Our man Paul West goes back to bite off another chunk of something he can barely chew in Australia’s gruelling marathon stage race.
Also in this issue is a full event listing for the whole of 2006, tests on the Specialized Enduro and Cove Hummer,
Trond Hansen, our new 4X spot with Scott Beaumont, Haldon Forest on a Cove Shocker, Grizedale Forest ridden and much more…
