Sunday March 4 is fast approaching and the West Drayton Mountain Bike Club have finalised the race circuit for this year’s Black Park cross-country race.

Although somewhat lacking hills, the venue offers twisting singletrack, mixed up with fast fire road sections and the addition of a couple of bomb holes, all combining to make it a fun course to ride. The course has been revised for this year and will feature some new terrain.

This year’s event will once again include the London Single Speed Championships with the men’s winner of the overall single speed race guaranteed to walk away with £100 cash thanks to sponsorship from the Bucks Off -Road Sportive. This year the event has also been selected to incorporate the Emergency Services Championship.
