We're all in the same boat - we've eaten ourselves almost to the point of bursting over the last few weeks, we've consumed more than our fair share of booze and we're starting to feel a tad porky now the New Year has rolled around.
So what are we going to do about it? Take some of David Arthur's advice in his 10 Motivational Tips article perhaps? Go on a diet? Simply vow to ride the bike more maybe?
What does everyone on here think is the best way to get down to race weight or to find the extra motivation that we all need to balance out the pie eating?
Who doesn't care and would rather just carry on eating pies and suppin' beers for that matter..?
