Poc’s new helmet, the Trabec, has been named ‘Best of the Best’ at the Red Dot Design Awards.

New for this year, the enduro-specific Trabec beat more than 4,000 entries, from more than 50 countries, to the top honour.

The Trabec is an in-mold helmet designed specifically with single track and enduro in mind.

The construction is borrowed from how a skeleton is built for resistance and durability. The Aramid filament reinforced EPS core is tough and resilient and the outer PC shell is optimised with no seams at the most exposed areas.

The Trabec, available in three sizes, sits more like a skateboard helmet, plus an aerodynamic channel system and 16 vent holes aim to provide plenty of ventilation.
