This hot of the press, On-One, traditionally known for its steel and titanium frames, will launch an all-carbon frame in 2010.
On-One tell us they’ve been working on the latest frame for the past six months, and is the result of working with one Europe’s leading carbon bike designers – a man so elusive and secretive that he can will only be photographed with a paper bag on his head – and with product development and testing involving the likes of our multi world champion adventure racer Richard Ussher its going to be a big move for the company.
The first carbon frame will be based on the 456, so expect a frame ideal for UK conditions and riding. First samples arrive end of December and production samples following not long after.
There are other frames in the pipeline, including carbon 29er rims soon to be launched.
