Do you always dread having to do the Christmas duties? You know, dinner with the in-laws, opening pressies with your nephews and nieces, sitting around indoors feeling bloated and uncomfortable when you’d sooner be out in the wind and rain, slithering down a muddy mountain on two-wheel freedom. Well, Clive Powell has the perfect antidote to all that: a New Year’s Escape. You still get to eat and drink lots, but you also get to hurtle around the Welsh countryside with Clive and a bunch of like-minded people on your trusty steed. Included in the festivities is an off road night ride on New Year’s Eve to a country pub, followed by a banquet back at The Clive Powell Mountain Bike Centre. Can you picture it?
