A prototype shock pump that doubles as a tyre pump is lying
in the middle of Derbyshire. The pump, the only one in the country, was being tested
by a shock company when it got lost. If you want to get yourself the only working
example in the country, then start scouring the Brown Knoll area of the Peak District.

Missing. Somewhere in Derbyshire
Dave Smith of Proshock told us “The pump decided to part
company with myself, somewhere over Brown Knoll, just before Jacob’s Ladder The
pump was in one of my back pockets, due to one of the catches on the pump-holder
having snapped. Anyway, I deduced that the pump is lying somewhere over brown knoll,
because when we started the ride over brown knoll, it was in my jersey pocket, and
when we stopped at the other side, to fix a flat, hey presto…the pump had gone.
So if you are going in this area in the near future, keep a look out!”
If anyone finds it, please get in touch.
