Looking for an interesting challenge to kick off 2010? Look no further than the John Flitch Memorial Duathlon on Sunday 3 January 2010.

It takes place at Minnis Bay, Birchington, Kent and is entails competitors running for 2.4 miles, a 9 mile XC ride and then a final 4.5 mile XC run.

There’s prizes for the fastest three in each category and even if you’re not one of them, every participant receives a stuffed goody bag and free sweatshirt.
