Italian Superenduro Series 2013 dates announced

It’s quite possibly the series of races that has brought enduro racing up to the high level it’s now at. Italy’s Superenduro series is hotly contested across a wide range of locations and on trails that can include anything from lung-busting power climbs to brutal rocky downhills.

The 2013 dates have just been announced, with two categories of event – Pro and Sprint – and the second Pro race plays host to the first (ever!) round of the Enduro World Series. This is going to be a race series to keep an eye on with pro riders from all disciplines showing interest in getting over to Italy and enjoying the superb trails, atmosphere, organisation and of course food!

The organisation of these events really couldn’t be bettered, everything has been thought of and the whole weekend just runs incredibly smoothly, something not many event organisers have managed to get right.

SUPERENDURO ANNOUNCES 2013 EVENTS SCHEDULE

Superenduro is finally ready to announce the 2013 series schedule. 10 dates: 6 PRO stops, including 2 Enduro World Series, and 4 Sprint for a mix of events between sea and mountains, reflecting the tourist offer in Italy for the MTB.

PRO3 | June 1-2 | Location to be confirmed

PRO5 | July 19-20-21 | Sauze d’Oulx (TO)
PRO6 | October 19-20 | Finale Ligure (SV) | Final Enduro World Series

Sprint1 | April 28 | Pogno (NO)
Sprint2 | May 5 | Piero (CN)
Sprint3 | September 8 | Tolfa (RM)
Sprint4 | September 29 | Palazzuolo sul Senio (FI)

This calendar is the synthesis of years of work of the Superenduro staff alongside the resorts and destination that have built and grown the enduro discipline in Italy. Each of the eight scheduled appointments is a piece of history of the sport, the future of which is being written right now by all us Superenduro lovers.
