This year you can shake off your hangovers with some cold turkey, and we don’t mean the sort with cranberry sauce. The Forestry Commission/Red
Bull downhill course at Innerleithen in the Scottish borders is hosting its
first ever “Cold Turkey”
dual slalom on Thursday 27th December.

Neil Stoddart, site manager, says that the emphasis will be on BIG fun:
“This will be a great chance to escape the post Christmas family madness,
try out and show off the new toys as well as getting some fresh (and of
course BIG) air!! It should be a great afternoon out.”

There will be prizes to chase and entry forms are already on the way to all
Innerleithenriders members. If anyone else wants to join in the fun then

Sign on and practice is at 10:30 am (what do mean you’ll still have a hangover?)
with racing kicking off at 12.30 ish!!!
