Lapierre is recruiting an After Sales support technician for their export department

Your role:

As one of the technicians within the After Sales department, you will manage the various requests for our export markets (mechanical repairs, technical assistance by telephone and email, follow-up of files, sending replacement parts).

Your profile:

You have significant experience within the bike business
You have a good understanding of bike mechanics
You are well organised, autonomous and can also work well as part of a team
You speak English and German
