The not-quite-final round of the Gorrick Exodus Spring Series is at Black Wood, Micheldever, Hants this Sunday (4 April). As well as the usual attraction of the opportunity to win an Exodus holiday – to Morocco on this occasion, a splendid trip – the usual race categories will be supplemented by a one-lap Retro Race. Gorrick publicity chap Luke Webber says: “Bikes have to be pre-1996, with bonuses going to
Lycra helmet covers, Farmer John Tyres and anything else deserving of retro status.”

We’ve never ridden the Black Wood course but it’s apparently very good, being considered the best race in last year’s Autumn series. More details at www.gorrick.com.
