Do you like Marmite? Personally, I can’t stand it, find the taste vile and can’t think of anything worse to spread on my toast in the morning. But there’s plenty who find it delicious, much the same as there’s many people who find they like the appeals of 29in wheel bikes.
For anyone still sitting on the fence but pondering the merits of these big wheeled bikes, the Chevin Cycles Gary Fisher 29er demo day could be just the ticket to give you the chance to sample one on proper trails on 13 April.
Three guided rides will depart from Chevin Forest Park with a 45-60 minute route planned, including a large helping of climbing, singletrack, rock descents and fireroads, allowing you to thoroughly test the bikes.
Only 10 bikes will be available which means the demo day is limited to just 30 people, so booking ahead is essential, if only to avoid missing this great opportunity. Bikes ready to roll include the HiFi Pro, Superfly Carbon and Paragon.
And if that wasn’t enough, there’ll be homemade soup, bread, tea, coffee and lots of cakes too.
Visit Chevin Cycles or call 01943 462773 now to book.
