If you’re stuck for things to do this weekend, Glasgow Mountainbike Club are hosting a weekend of racing at Dounan’s Camp, Aberfoyle. Saturday sees a three-hour trailquest from 11am until 1pm. All Trail Cyclists Association classes will be available, and the entry fee includes a colour map, pre-marked with relevant information. There will be 27 control points, of which you will need to navigate as many as possible to be in with a chance of doing well. On Sunday, at the same venue, the fifth round of the SCU Cross-Country series takes place. Racing kicks off at 11am, with all the usual categories present.

There’ll be camping, showers, toilets and food available on site, throughout the weekend.
