Florian Vogel romps to victory in the last XX Maremma Cup
Irina Kalentieva celebrates her convincing win
The world’s top XC racers took part in the final round of the XX Maremma Cup, held in Massa Marittima, Italy at the weekend, an event which has established itself as an important pre-season event for XC racing.
Florian Vogel (Scott-Swisspower) and Irina Kalentieva (Topeak Ergon) rode away with the top honours, followed closely in the men’s category by Nino Schurter (Scott-Swisspower), Marco Aurelio Fontana (Cannondale Factory Racing) and Moritz Milatz (BMC Racing Team).
