An amazing weekend for Annie Last, who won her first world cup event in the shape of the first of the Sprint Eliminator events at Houffalize, Belgium this weekend.

“It was a tough course, quite steep. I took the lead before the first climb and tried to hold on to it,” said Last after the race. “But just before the last downhill Eva tried to cut my line and crashed, pulling me down with her. Luckily, I didn’t lose my lead and I crossed the finish line first.”
