The summer of 2008 is hardly out of the way but that hasn’t stopped Sugoi announcing details of its 2009 spring/summer range of clothing. The Canadian company has added two new clothing categories, with Equipment and Culture making an appearance for the first time.
The Equipment category includes the RS Series, and is Sugoi’s top of the line range making use of proprietary fabrics and 3D patterning. Gobi and FinoStretch fabrics feature in the jerseys for enhanced fit and superior performance when the heat is on. Gobi is an ultra light polyester micro-fibre with a diamond-shaped structure for maximum moisture removal and a high level of breathability. The range includes a number of jerseys for men and women and bib shorts.
For those seeking a more casual fit and style, the Culture series is its new lifestyle clothing range. While combining casual cuts and distinctive colours and design options, the RSX shorts and jerseys are made from polyester “infused with bamboo carbon” promising higher levels of UV protection and anti-bacterial properties.
