If you’re sort of vaguely thirtysomethingish, Foska.com’s jerseys are likely to press all the right youthful nostalgia buttons. Although we still love Marmite, so that’s perhaps not nostalgia. Still, it isn’t what it used to be and so on.
What we have here are two of Foska.com’s designs, Marmite and Beano. The Marmite one has “Hate Jams” across the back which cunningly works on a number of levels. Well, two at least. And the Beano design features a grinning Dennis the Menace. Both designs are available as Coolmax short-sleeved jerseys with 3/4 length hidden zip and three rear pockets or baggy armour-friendly Airtex downhill jerseys (both £45). Also now available is a winter training jacket in a three-layer windproof/water-resistant/fleecy fabric at £80. We haven’t seen the jacket, but both jersey designs are straightforward and well put together.
We’re not in the realms of cheapness here, but we’re firmly in the realm of cool. The full product range is at www.foska.com or call 0207 799 2233.
