Just in time for the winter weather is news of the new Altura Reflex range of winter clothing. A familiar sight on the commuting routes, Altura enjoys a reputation founded on high performance and great value, but its latest products aim to extend the brands presence beyond just that of commuting duties.
With the Reflex range the company is aiming to offer jackets that make use of more expensive materials, with multi-panel designs offering better fits, but still at a price that don’t threaten to break the bank.
Using Windtex material in a close fitting design, the Reflex windproof jacket is the company’s range-topping windproof jacket. Fit is further enhanced with stretchy panels around the sides and on the back. There’s plenty of features too, such as the three rear pockets, thumb loops, a storm flap covering the zip. Available in two colour options and five sizes from S to XXL. Price £89.99.
If you need something a little more waterproof, the £99.99 Reflex waterproof jacket uses a 2.5 layer waterproof material. Again a multi-panel fit enhances comfort, with pre-shaped sleeves, a waterproof zip with an additional storm flap, and welded pockets on the chest, arm and back completing the features.
Using the same Windtex material as the jacket, the Reflex windproof bib tights are available with or without a built-in chamois. Priced £74.99 without a pad and £84.99 with a pad.
The new range also encompasses a gilet, three quarter tights, gloves, a waterproof jacket and arm and knee warmers.
