The bods here at BM spent many an hour debating the virtues of the various entries. Obviously plenty of work and thought had gone into all entries, but as always there can be only one winner.
At the end of an all-nighter and countless cups of coffee we finally arrived at a unanimous decision.
The winner of the Giant VT2 is Joey Robinson with:
I am in need of help from a trusting and loyal person such as yourself. On June 6, 2004, my uncle, an American Oil consultant/contractor with the Nigerian Mining Corporation, made a numbered time (Fixed) Deposit for twelve calendar months, valued at US$20,200,000.00 (Twenty Million two hundred thousand Dollars) at the Zimbabwean national bank, which is 57 miles away across rocky terrain. He died shortly afterwards of a terrible and tragic accident.
I am in need of bicycle to carry me to the bank so that I can access the account before the evil man Robert Mugabe steals it from my family. The path is long and hard, and I will need a bicycle capable of the journey.
I will pay you $10,000,000.00 (Ten million US Dollars) for your troubles.
Attached is a photo to prove that I am genuine.
Kindest regards.”
