The Sun, of all things, reports that Raleigh’s Chopper is set to make a comeback this spring. The “mark 3” (not a confirmed name) is apparently very close to the original design, with a new lighter frame and repositioned gear lever (to comply with safety regulations) the only real changes. Ape hanger bars, banana seat, odd-sized wheels – all will be there in all their glory.
