Following the release of the Torero, the company’s foray into full-suspension, Pipedream have revisited the well-received Sirrus and put it on a diet. Going under the title of the Pipedream Brewmaster, the frame gets a carbon top and seat tube bonded into an upgraded Reynolds 853 frameset.
The frame has come about after the guys at Pipedream started wondering what else could be achieved from the Sirrus. The result is not only a frame that’s a tad lighter, but one that offers a little more comfort due to the bump-absorbing properties of carbon.
But be warned, if you want to get your hands on the Brewmaster this is a limited edition frame. Just 30 examples in 18” will be produced for an asking price of £450, so get your orders in quick. For that you’ll get the choice of three colour schemes, a unique decal set and the same classic geometry designed for 90-130mm forks.
In other Pipedream related news, the company is to release a rigid carbon fork, bars, stems, seat posts, saddles, headsets, seat collars, disc hubs and cranksets: watch this space for more on those.
