Kona’s Process 29er features 111mm of rear suspension travel and is the range’s true singletrack trail bike.
Lightweight, racy and fun to ride, the 111 in fact loves, and is capable of taking on, burly terrain for a bike of its figures. Test riders in Fiss were loving the bike to bits even when riding the lift-accessed bike park trails and the only complaints came from a lack of suspension travel – definitely not something to worry about as the bike was being truly pushed to its limits on downhill tracks! This goes to show what a confidence inspiring ride the 111 is though, and when ridden on mellower singletracks its versatility and fun ride character really does shine. It’s one of those bikes on which you don’t ‘notice’ you are on bigger wheels.
