Giro: custom cowhide or bespoke black?

Giro already had one of the widest ranges of high performance saddle types and colours but now they’ve gone a whole step further to offer you the ultimate colour co-ordination.

Their full range of saddles, from the Lightweight road ‘Crono’, the shock absorbing ‘Nisene’ MTB saddle and the monster Atlas DH saddles can now be made to your exact desires.

Their new website custom option lets you choose between Twin Tech gel or non gel fillings, top colour, side colour, rail material and the colour / finish of the plastic scuff guards on the side. Pimp joy!

Say goodbye to boring black and hello to harlequin hell!

We’ve been riding their saddles since they came out, and though they’re slightly heavier than something like the minimalist Selle Italia Flite, they’re impressively durable and supremely comfortable even after continuous days in the saddle. We reckon a custom version is the ultimate finishing touch for any dream bike, or a flash upgrade for old faithful.

Prices work out around £80 plus post and packing for top line Gel and Ti models (about £10 more than non custom) and you’ll have to wait about 3 weeks before your seatpost gets it’s new tasty topper. Get your design in for Christmas soon then.
