The in-house brand of online retailer Wiggle, dhb, has launched a six-bag range.
The Slice range is available with or without a hydration pack, in 15, 25 and 30-litre sizes. We reckon the dhb Slice 15l with a bladder is the best fit for trail riders, with a retail price of £42.99.
The backpack is the smallest in the range and, according to dhb, “has been designed to hug the body while riding”, with an anatomical harness and a slim silhouette shape which looks to ensure there is minimal overhang on your back.
The bag, made from 600D polyester and triple ripstop 210D nylon, comes with a Source hydration bladder which slips into an internal sleeve, while there’s a main compartment, a fleece-lined top pocket for valuables and a lower pocket designed to keep a multi-tool close to hand.
Features include chunky zippers, a grab handle at the top, stretchy mesh pockets at the sides, a hip belt, reflective detail and a loop on which to attach a rear light.
The 15l Slice is also available without a hydration bladder for £32.99. See the full range at www.wiggle.co.uk/dhb/rucksacks/ and we’ll see if we can get one in to test to take a closer look.
