You wait ages for a silicone bike spray and then two come along at the same time. Recently Muc-Off launched its Silicon Shine and at Core Bike show earlier this week we spotted Weldtite’s Dirtwash. It was actually launched at Eurobike last year but clearly we didn’t spot it, which means we can announce it as today.

Dirtwash uses a silicone/wax blend formulated to add a protective layer to the frame and components on your bike so that mud and grime is less likely to cling to the metal. This means your bike will not only look cleaner for longer during a ride, but when it comes to washing the bike after it’ll be a whole lot easier and quicker.
