Last week we were lucky enough to sample a brand new bike park in Austria, that of Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis, while on the Kona Process launch, which you will be hearing all about very soon. Two of the Kona pro riders on hand were Connor Fearon from Australia and newly-crowned UK Gravity Enduro champion 2013 Alex Stock all the way from… the UK.

Fair play to the Kona crew for putting out an edit so soon, especially one that does the incredible trails of Fiss justice. That is exactly what this vid does and serves as a brilliant introduction to the ‘flatpack’ bike park, which opened less than a month ago and was built from scratch this year. Fiss already has three superb trails – from blue ‘beginner’ to black ‘Connor Fearon’ – and the town has more planned to be ready in time for 2014. There is also a proper bike shop (with Konas for hire), decent bike wash (free to use), a large pumptrack and skills area and daily barbecues. If you’re looking for somewhere to ride your bike in Austria with lift access then we recommend this one highly. The hundreds of people riding every day while we were there probably would too..
