Exciting stuff this weekend, it has got to be one of the hardest races of the series so far, all of the stages are raced on one day and add up to over 50km’s of riding. There was a mixture of technical descents, flat out sprints and long gruelling climbs.
Anne Caroline Chausson, is back up to speed and back on form, after her injury at the first round in Punta Ala, it looks like we are going to have an exciting battle between her and Tracy for the rest of the series.
Another rider who’s been struck by quite a bit of bad luck over the series, is Jared Graves. But this round Graves has managed to hold it together and take the win here at Crankworx, beating his closest competitor Jerome Clementz by just 10 seconds, which is flipping close if you consider they were racing for over 45 minutes.
