Pace’s new fork for the year 2000 looks set to take them back to the top of the cross-country tree. Though many racers praise their RC36 fork, this new model, the RC38 AirForce has everything that the hardcore racer wants, with non of the associated weight.

Using an air spring system with positive and negative springs adjustable to give the ride you want, Pace have added a thumb operated lock-out lever, crafted out of fine quality aluminium.

The RC38 AirForce has a Pace designed thumbshifter to lock the fork out when racers want a rigid ride. Machined from billet aluminium, we can imagine that people are going to be asking Pace to make 9 speed thumbshifters soon!
