A mountain biker fell off his cycle on a coast path and plunged 50ft over a cliff to his death. Company boss Max Joule, 41, is thought to have come off his bike when it hit a rock. He had been pedalling behind two friends near St Ives, Cornwall, but they did not realise what had happened. A passer by spotted the married dad-of-one in the sea. He died later in hospital. Mr Joule, boss of British Nuclear Fuel’s transport arm in Carlisle, had been on holiday with four pals. |
