OK, everyone stand up. Now sit down if you don’t own a Marzocchi fork with ETA or ECC lockdown levers. And then sit down if you’ve never broken said lever. And finally sit down if you like the feel of the lever.

Right, this is for everyone who’s left. It’s simply a replacement for the standard Marzocchi ETA lever in the form of a lovely machined aluminium knob. Unbolt the old lever, drop the tiny bolt on the floor, swear for a bit, find it, bolt the BETD lever on, sorted. It’s available in a selection of colours, has a laser-engraved On-Off legend and it’s twelve quid.
